On holiday with my girlfriend and friends I couldn't resist visiting a model shop while we shopped in Plymouth. I hadn't especially suffered any burning desire to own this model but I saw it in this shop in a cabinet and thought "why not?" (much to my long suffering girlfriends amusement). Its a limited edition model of 4000 (after the loco number) and this is number 3757. It runs superbly and will take pride of place in my display cabinet. I'm looking forward to loading it up with 10 coaches and setting it loose on a nice suitable layout to see what it will do, American logging lines in O scale aren't really an appropriate setting!
