low RPM + high gear = lugging of the engine (with or without a cam) and some surging/bucking. You'll get some surging at low speeds starting at about 1300 RPMs below about 35 MPH... def not an issue for me. Still daily drivable and barely notice this now as you just adjust the way you drive a bit.
