Following my entrepreneurial activities covering our video game company and all of the other crazy stuff we come up with.

As an entrepreneur my parents often remind me of my first business. At 5 years of age I created a business of gathering rocks from the alley way behind our house. I would collect rocks that I thought would polish up well. Our neighbor had a rock polisher and a rock saw. She was kind enough to help me polish up all of the rocks I had collected. I would then run around my neighborhood knocking on doors asking people if they would like to buy a polished rock. Sales were very good at 25 cents each.

From there I have had hundreds of ventures. Some of them worked out very well. Some of them did not do much at all and some of them flamed out in spectacular fashion talking all of my money and putting me into heavy debt. (I am currently out of debt.) These days I spend an average of at least $10,000 on each new idea. About 1 in 10 of the ideas do really well. A few of them have been through the roof. Others go down in flames.
