These contributions to youtube contain material the use of which could be regarded as violations of copyright.

The postings were uploaded on youtube with the following considerations and arguments:

- manupeSUI does not sell, distribute, promote or market music or motion pictures of any kind in any form and does not invite anyone to public performances of the mentioned material.

- excerpts of motion pictures not produced by manupeSUI are posted with a certain encyclopedic intent, with title, year of appearance and its directors in order to share certain details with any user of youtube who cares to take an interest in them. Its presence in the internet has the character of a comment or a private exchange among friends. It is clearly not a public viewing. The clips do not give away plots. They cannot possibly affect the profits made with the distributon of said motion pictures in a negative way but might even enhance the sale of DVDs etc.

- music not produced by manupeSUI is used for editing clips. The pictures are actually subject to the music. Title, composer and performers are named whenever possible, thus promoting the musical content

- the motion picture and music industry react defensively towards the possibilities of reproducing material on the internet by any other person than themselves. They could facilitate the contact to anyone wishing to reproduce content to which they have copyright claims and clarify terms of use.
manupeSUI can be reached via youtube. The contributions by manupeSUI should be seen as a request for reproduction in the presented form on youtube. They will be altered or removed if recognized and properly identified copyright owners express a corresponding wish.
