The book focus on the Genocide on Tamils by Srilankan state terrorism on Tamils from 1956-2008. This documents were prepared by the only Human Rights Org. then located in Killinochi. More than 150 massacres documents by NESOHR and it was given permission to release this document to Manitham Publisher, Manitham-Human Rights Org. Tamil Nadu.
Manitham Publishers first releasing this book in two languages - Tamil (400 Pages) and in English (320 pages).

மனிதம் அமைப்பின் சென்னை மாவட்ட கலந்துரையாடல் கூட்டம் இன்று (13.09.2009) காலை சுமார் 11 மணியளவில் சென்னையில் இராஜாஜி சாலையில் உள்ள ஒரு அலுவலகத்தில் நடைபெற்றது.
தமிழ் வாழ்த்து பாடலுடன் கூட்டம் ஆரம்பித்தது. கூட்டத்திற்கு மனிதம் செயல் இயக்குநர் அக்னி சுப்பிரமணியம் தலைமையேற்றார்.
கலந்துரையாடலின் போது, கீழ் கண்ட முக்கிய முடிவுகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டது:
1. இலங்கையில் வாடும் ஈழமக்களுக்கு இங்கிருந்து தேவைப்படும் உதவிகளை அளிப்பது. 2. ஈழத்தமிழ் மக்களுக்காக இங்கு பிற அமைப்புகளால் எடுக்கப்படும் அனைத்து வித கூட்டங்கள், ஊர்வலங்கள் போன்றவற்றில் பங்கெடுப்பது. 3. சென்னையில் அந்தந்த பகுதி பொறுப்பாளர்கள், ஈழ மக்கள் படும் அவதி குறித்து தமிழக மக்களிடம் பரப்புரை மூலம் கொண்டு செல்லுதல். 4. மனித உரிமை மீறல்கள் மற்றும் சுற்றுச்சூழல் பாதுகாப்பு குறித்து சென்னையில் அந்தந்த பகுதிகளில் மக்களுக்கு துண்டு பிரசுரங்கள், சுவர் எழுத்து, பதாதைகள் மூலம் விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தல். 5. மனித உரிமை மீறல்கள் மற்றும் சுற்றுச்சூழல் பாதுகாப்பு ஆகியவைகளை அந்தந்த பகுதிகளில் கண்காணித்தல். ஏதாவது கவனத்திற்க வந்தால், அவை பற்றி தலைமையாகத்துடன் தொடர்பு கொண்டு ஆலோசனை பெற்று, நடவடிக்கை எடுத்தல். 6. மாதந்திர கூட்டங்களுக்கு பகுதியிலிருந்து முக்கிய பிரமுகர்களை அழைத்து வருவது.
