SOUL FLOWER MONONOKE SUMMIT is an unprecedented traditional acoustic band, derived from Rock'n'Roll Band SOUL FLOWER UNION. They started playing in 1995 when the earthquake happened in Hanshin (the middle west area of Japan) where they live. They perform some traditional instruments such as the Okinawa Sanshin, Ching-Dong (Japanese marching drum set), Changgo (Korean percussion instrument), and play traditional songs can sing and dance together.
