Nothing wrong with being young and realizing you have a lot to learn. But don't let 'em fool ya! Most human interactions and that's all politics is, are pretty basic. It doesn't take ten years of study and research to know that throwing 60,000 hard-working people into the streets is a horrible thing to do.

I noticed you said how you hate the news; have you checked out your local Indymedia? There's a number of them in Canada. Just google Indymedia Canada. You'll find some news worth checking out. Cool stuff going on; screwed up stuff going on, but stories told from the perspective of real people. In fact, you can even publish stories! You could tell everyone about the riot at your school.
