ok, i will try this again...i love your videos and hope you can answer a question or two for me: what do you eat once you are done w/ this diet? do i never get to drink wine again???do i never get to go out for sushi?? the diet is great so far but i am concerned that once i reintroduce foods i am going to gain the weight back w/ a vengance! any comments from any body on this will help me!
