I play for my pleasure (and for yours I hope) but I'm not a professionnal (so forgive if my playing is not perfect...)

I play lute and renaissance guitar , also some baroque lute music. Using 8 course renaissance lute, a 4 courses renaissance guitar made by Stephen Murphy, and a 13 courses baroque lute made by Didier Jarny.
Baroque guitar made by Carlos Paniagua (not mine, but my brother's)
And also romantic guitar made around 1800 by Rémy (Mirecourt-Limoges) restaured by Erik-Pierre Hofmann

Your playing is not "perfect", as you put it, but isn't that the soul behind music? You can play a song perfectly, but if there is no heart behind it then it will always sound mechanical and hallow. You play with your heart and love what you play. Music isn't about perfection, it's about soul, it's organic. It's your interpretation of music brought back from Le Moyen age and beyond. Thank you for sharing this beautiful music that may have been lost in archives if not for gentlemen such as yourself. You do a great service to your art.
