At an early age, the three girls, Catriona, Michele and Kathleen were united through fashion, some of the only girls at their school in a suburb of Toronto who seemed at such a young age to take clothing so seriously. Catriona suppressed her love for art during her 4 years at University of Toronto where she studied and received a degree in Political Science with the idea of pursuing law after her undergrad. Upon completion of her degree she realized that law was not for her and wanted to revisit her artistic side. Once she decided to follow her heart she joined together with her two best friends and they decided to create careers for themselves, thus the inception of Brazen Hussy.
