at 4:45 on the Rock video the equipment is a harrow. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harrow_(tool) Spreads out straw and chaff for no till ground. We no till to avoid erosion and save the moisture.

We do own all of the equipment seen except the combines, grain carts, and many trucks. We hire a custom combine crew from Imperial, NE called SouthFork. They do an awesome job for us. They keep there equipment ready to go in the field. They are a very efficient crew and we are very happy to work with them from harvest to harvest.
