The story is based on the traditional Chinese folklore about a boy named Chenxiang. His mother is a goddess and his father is a mortal, but the little boy grows up without knowledge of his ancestry. When his uncle Erlang Shen, a strict and powerful god, kidnaps Chenxiang, his mother fights to save her son.
Unfortunately, his uncle is victorious and Chenxiang is forced to live in his palace on the sacred mountains. Erlang Shen then imprisons his sister beneath a mountain for her crimes. Although he is quite young, Chenxiang manages to escape from the palace, taking the magical lotus lantern that his mother lost during the battle.
After surviving adventures with many beloved characters of Chinese mythology, Chenxiang finally matures into a courageous boy who must battle his uncle to win his mother's freedom.
A famous magician, also the founder of Clover Magic Club, has a daughter (Ruby Lin) and an apprentice (Kang Ta) who fall in love with each other. One day a restaurant waiter (Alec Su) accidentally messes up their greatest magic show and almost ruins their whole business. Out of guilt feeling, this waiter decides to learn magic at the Club, but it seems that he is not entirely welcome... Kang Ta, whose popularity in China can be dated back to his days in the Korean group HOT, especially sings the theme "Just One Day" for the series.
The Letters of Death is a Thai horror movie. The movie tells story about reunion of a group of schoolmates. Seree receives a phone call from Chaiwat, a police officer who also an old classmate of Seree. Chaiwat asked Seree to meet at his condominium. Chaiwat tells a horrific story to Seree but he dies mysteriously in front of Seree before he could finish. The only clue is a VCD which shows the death of many of their high school classmates. All the dead had received a chain letter containing a quiz that they had to answer within a time-frame to avoid death.
