These are Lili of the Valley stamps and you can buy them on their online shop. There are now about 200 in the range! Just google the name.

Also re NarutoCraxyXD's comment if you want to blend two actual colours together use the lightest one first instead of the blender pen. You can see my other tutorials showing you how to do this.
