I have been a full-time public portrait artist for 33 years, working in pencil, charcoal and pastels. My drawings take lesss than 20 minutes in color, and 10-15 minutes in pencil or charcoal. I work primarily from life. I would love to draw a portrait for you. My turn around time is about a week.

I created a TV series, "You Can Draw!" for Oregon Public Broadcasting in my home studio. These are some clips from it. Full versions are available on DVD at my website. You can order drawings from there also. I also have a free Virtual Drawing Institute there where you can upload your drawings and get free critiques from me and others. I have also published a 200 page book, "You Can Draw!" available at www.authorhouse.com or any other major internet bookstore. I also paint in oil and watercolor.
