Dance Technique..lol...its a kata... its called "Sho-Tan-Kwok" ...Kata's are the Eastern version of Shadow Boxing like in boxing and kickboxing. Teaches more than just striking combo's and takes more thought and skill.

Thank you for the compliment.All the girls at my school fight the guys with no reservations about gender. They are trained to be confident and determined no matter who they are fighting. And the guys have to keep sharp too as the girls will lay you out if you make any mistakes. It make for good ...
