i like everything about LLBEAN, except shipping & return charges for purchases.

I agree with Bowflexor, I would like to see more product demos specifically the tents. Real people setting up your tents with commentary would be awesome. I was in the retail store to see a few of the tents set up but it would be nice to see all of the tents set up to make a good choice and see how you are supposed to do it. It would also give people not from the area a chance to see what a 6 man tent looks like beside the 4 man tent, so they could see both tents full of gear and make the right choice.

I wish your channel offers more product demonstration. I want to see som1 wear one of your rain jackets. I am eye balling a 59 dollar one. i want to compare it to a 99 dollar North Face one.

Ah man, that sucks. I loved the Holiday Commercial, and using Fountains of Wayne's "Valley Winter Song" made it so perfect. If u can it back, that would be awesome ^_^
