蛋糕底 材籿:
1. 3只旦 2 10湯匙奶 3. 150克糖 4. 250克先濾過麵粉 5. 2茶匙半先濾過發粉 6. 200ml有汽礦泉水 7. 3湯匙先濾過cocoa粉 8. 少許溶牛油
做: 1. 3只旦分打 旦白加少許鹽打實 2. 旦黃加入奶拌勻 3. 糖分 4次加入打起泡至creamy 4. 加入麵粉和發粉拌和倒入一半礦泉水拌勻 5. 再加入餘卞礦泉水 6. 加入cocoa粉 7. 最後加入打實蛋白
28吋圓焗盆放油紙,擦牛油在盆底和邊,倒入 1至7 焗爐180° C10分前先熱,放入焗盆,大約 35至40分, 用竹簽入放中間,拿出清潔,蛋糕已焗妥.
餡:
1. 1瓶醱櫻桃. 取出 8粒留裝飾 倒出水加入 100克糖煮至沸,加入 7湯匙豆粉加些水,煮沸後,關火.倒入櫻桃拌勻後,加入 1湯匙櫻桃酒拌和,攤凍. 2. 200克鮮奶油加入 8克雲呢拿糖和 1湯匙糖打實.
做: 蛋糕攤凍後橫切三片,放大碟,加上鐵環,依序:蛋糕上放櫻桃餡,蛋糕放上, 2湯匙旦黃酒,弄平,倒入巳打實鮮奶油,最後一片蛋糕蓋面,放雪櫃一夜,令蛋糕吸收餡的水份.

從雪櫃取出蛋糕 1. 400克鮮奶油加入 16克雲呢拿糖及 2湯匙糖,打實 2. 打實鮮奶油擦在蛋糕上面和全身 3. 放上 8粒櫻桃 4. 洒朱古力片全身和面
Blackforest cake
Ingredients: 1. 3 eggs 2. 10 soup spoons milk 3. 150 gramm sugar 4. 250 gramm sieved flour 5. 2 and half tea spoons sieved baking powder 6 200 ml carbonated water 7. 3 soup spoons sieved cocoa powder 8. some melted butter
Method: separte egg yolks from egg white beat egg white add some salt till stiff beat egg yolks and milk,add sugar time to time in till creamy, pour in flour and baking powder into dough add half of the carbonated water mix together then pour the rest water in, add cocoa powder and the egg white mix well
Method: 28cm round baking tin, put baking paper on and some butter to grease the tin, pour dough in. before baking heat oven for 10 minutes, 180°C , mosty when I bake I use the second stages from bottom bake 35 - 40 minutes use the tooth pick stick in middle of the cake, when come out clean , it is done, allow to cool completely.
filling: 1. one glass of sour cherries 2. 100 gramm sugar 3. 7 soup spoons corn starch mix with some water 4. 1 soup spoon kirsch 5. 200 gramm fresh cream 6. 8 gramm vanilla sugar 7. 1 soup spoon sugar 8. 2 soup spoons egg nogg
Method: take away 8 cherries for topping, cherries water add 100 gramm sugar and boiled, pour in corn starch when it is boiling, take out from heat add all the cherries in ,and 1 soup spoon kirsch mix well, let it cool down, 200 gramm fresh cream add 8 gramm vanilla sugar and 1 soup spoon sugar beat stiff
Method: cake sliced into 3 pieces put cake rack , first : layer cake second : layer cherries third: layer cake spread 2 soup spoons egg nogg and fresh cream fouth: cake for my experience the cake tastes better when it stays over night in the frigde.
next morning 400 gramm fresh cream add 16 gramm vanilla sugar and 2 soup spoons sugar beat stiff coat the side and top all over with fresh cream, put 8 cherries on top sprinkle chocolate shaving on the cake,

Ingredients 1 can of chicken broth 1/2 cup of water 1 tablespoon of garlic chilli sauce a few basil leaves 2 ounces of noodles 1 can of drained tuna
1) Add basil leaves and water to chicken broth and cook in a pot. Boil and simmer 2) Add Tuna and continue to simmer till tuna is nice and warm. 3) Wash and drain dry noodles and cook in a separate pot. Bring to boil then simmer til noodles are well done 4) Pour out the soup in a big bowl and add 1 tablespoon of garlic chili sauce. Stir well in the soup 5) Drain the cooked noodles. 5) Pour in the noodles into the soup and mix everything thoroughly together Serve and Enjoy!

蛋糕底 材料: 1. 2只鷂蛋 2. 140克糖 3. 200克麵粉 4. 1茶匙半發粉 我喜歡食蛋糕有果仁,杏仁碎30克加些糖和奶浸20分 製法: 蛋黃,蛋白分開(蛋白放少許鹽用機打實) 蛋黃加入5湯匙暖奶打起泡,糖分4次加入打至鬆軟,麵粉和發粉先濾過後加入,現在開始用手拌器拌勻,加入8湯匙礦泉水(要有汽,7up或fanta汽水都可以),加些rum酒和己浸杏仁碎後再加入打實蛋白,輕力拌勻,看粉籿如太杰,加多些水或奶 28吋圓餅模墊油紙,擦些牛油在底和模邊後,倒入粉料 焗爐180°C 先開5分鐘後才入餅模放中開下一層30分,用竹簽放入中間,如乾淨抽出,就巳焗妥. 取出攤凍 餡: 1. 一杯 250克鮮奶油用機打實後放雪櫃 2. 二杯 100克醱奶酪流質 3. 130克糖 4. 1包半淡渚喱粉( 13克)加10湯匙水輕手拌勻等20分後煮沸 5. 10個士多啤利壓茸加些糖 以上2至5混合後放雪櫃50分後取出,加入1 用手拌器拌勻 做: 蛋糕薄切三層放環放入第一層蛋糕倒入餡一半,放第二層蛋糕把餘卞一半全倒入,第三層放面,重放雪櫃到明天 一杯 250克鮮奶油加入二茶匙雲呢拿糖用機打實後放雪櫃 燒紅pan將70克杏仁條及二湯匙糖傾入炒至起膠,慢慢洒入少許清水炒,用筷子棑開杏仁條,放油紙攤凍,用木棍將杏仁糖輾碎. 從雪櫃取出蛋糕拿出環,塗上巳打實鮮奶油在蛋糕四週,放上士多啤,杏仁糖碎洒在餅圈和餅面上

ingredients: 1. 2 eggs 2. 140 gramm sugar 3. 200 gramm flour ( sieved flour ) 4. 1 1/2 tea spoon baking powder I like eat cake with some nuts, chop almond 30 gramm add some sugar and milk for 20 minutes before use
method: separate egg yolks from egg white. beat egg white add some salt till stiff beat egg yolk and 5 soup spoons warm milk, add sugar time to time in till creamy, slowly pour in flour and baking powder into dough mix together add 8 soup spoons carbonated water ( also can use 7 up or fanta ) rum and the chopped almond in pour egg white in mix well, check the dough if too sticky add some water or milk.
method: 28 inch round baking tin, put baking paper on and a little butter to grease the tin, pour dough in . oven on 180°C before baking heat oven for 10 minutes (my oven has 5 different stages mosty when I bake I use the second from bottom) bake till brown about 30 minutes, leave to cool.
filling: 1. 250 gramm fresh cream (beated up put in fridge) 2. 200 gramm yoghurt 3. 130 gramm sugar 4. 14 gramm white gelatine powder, (add 10 soup spoons water mix well and stay for 20 minutes ) boil it. 5. 10 strawberry mashed add some sugar
method: 2-5 mix together put in fridge for 50 minutes then add the fresh cream from the fridge mix well .
to make the strawberry cake: cake sliced into 3 pieces put cake rack pour in set mixture. return to fridge for over night.
on next day: 1. take out the cake rack 2. decorate with fresh cream and strawberries. 3. almond with sugar stir fry in hot pan till sugar becomes caramel, gradually sprinkle in water, stir well and spread onto a sheet of baking paper, leave to cool,and crush almond with rolling pin into fine crumbs, sprinkle almond crumbs all over
