LLVLC On YouTube: Real Food You Don't Find In A Grocery Store (Episode 75) livinlowc... - 672 views - 2 weeks ago
http://LivinLaVidaLowCarb.com/ blog blogger Jimmy Moore and his wife Christine wanted to share just a few of the REAL FOODS you should be eating and enjoying as part of your low-carb lifestyle in the latest installment of their popular "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb on YouTube" series.

In Episode 75, Jimmy and Christine show you how to enhance the quality of your low-carb menus by including fresh locally-grown produce as well as locally-raised Vitamin D-rich eggs from a farmer's market http://www.localharvest.org , some local omega-3 fatty acid-filled grass-fed beef http://www.eatwild.org , and local raw milk that has not been homogenized or pasteurized http://www.realmilk.org . Most of what you get from your local grocery store or supermarket is mass produced, highly manufactured, from cooped up animals, and grain-fed. EWWWW! Yes, these higher quality foods may be a little more costly now, but the dividends to your health make them so worth it! And YOUR HEALTH is worth the added expense, right?

LLVLC On YouTube: 7 Reasons Why You May Not Be Losing Weight (Episode 74) livinlowc... - 1,042 views - 2 weeks ago
http://LivinLaVidaLowCarb.com/ blog blogger Jimmy Moore and his wife Christine hear from a lot of people who express their concerns about why they're not losing weight. They identify 7 reasons why you may not be losing weight in the latest installment of their popular "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb on YouTube" series.

In Episode 74, Jimmy and Christine touch on a few of the most common explanations for stalled weight loss or even weight gain. This is by no means a comprehensive list, but may include the reason you could be struggling with a seeming lack of progress on your healthy low-carb lifestyle.

7 REASONS WHY YOU MAY NOT BE LOSING WEIGHT
1. Too many carbs
2. Too few calories
3. Muscle growth
4. Too much protein
5. Medications
6. Too much exercise
7. Stress

Keep in mind that your body is constantly adjusting to any new changes you make in your diet and exercise routine, so your individual response to these changes will vary from what others experience. DON'T compare yourself to the progress you see other people are having and ALWAYS remember that livin' la vida low-carb is about a permanent lifetime way of eating, not just some fad diet you're on for a short period of time. Wrap your head around that concept and it will serve you well in your low-carb life.

LLVLC On YouTube: Why Do You Deserve To Win A Dream Low-Carb Cruise To The Bahamas? (Episode 73) livinlowc... - 1,000 views - 2 weeks ago
http://LivinLaVidaLowCarb.com/ blog blogger Jimmy Moore and his wife Christine tell you more about the 3rd Annual Low-Carb Cruise to the Bahamas coming in March 2010 and how you can win a FREE CRUISE in the latest installment of their popular "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb on YouTube" series.

In Episode 73, Jimmy and Christine first tell you about a great breast cancer awareness line of products with the pink ribbon "L" logo with the bandana, cap, and T-shirt they are wearing in today's video. For more information about getting these for yourself, just click on the link below:

http://www.acelebration4life.c om

There have been a few changes to The 3rd Annual Low-Carb Cruise to the Bahamas that was announced in April. It will still set sail out of Jacksonville, FL on the Carnival Fascination down to the Bahamas, but the new dates are March 6-11, 2010 with ports of call in Nassau and Half Moon Cay, Bahamas. Another group booked the entire ship for the original cruise dates we had, so we moved it up five days. We're still gonna have a fantastic time with special low-carb speakers like Drs. Mike and Mary Dan Eades, Dr. Eric Westman, Dr. William Davis, Dr. James E. Carlson, Jackie Eberstein, Karly Pitman, Fred Hahn, Dana Carpender, Connie Bennett, Laura Dolson, Andrew DiMino, Cameo "The Spiky Haired Girl" Watkins, and, of course, Jimmy and Christine Moore. Here's a link with LOTS more information about this exciting cruise:

http://www.examiner.com/x-867- LowCarb-Lifestyle-Examiner~y20 09m6d9-LowCarb-Bahamas-Cruise- Setting-Sail-From-Jacksonville -On-March-611-2010

A very generous member of the low-carb community decided to donate a FREE CRUISE to someone who deserves to come. This is a $732 value for the cruise itself PLUS $500 spending money to help with airfare, excursion, and spending money on the cruise. As Jimmy explains in this video, you can enter in one of two ways answering the question "Why do you deserve to win a dream low-carb cruise to the Bahamas?": 1) Submit a 500-word essay to livinlowcarbman@charter.net or 2) Post a 5-minute YouTube video response. The deadline for entering is September 30, 2009 and the winner will be announced on an episode of "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb On YouTube" in early October 2009. GOOD LUCK!

Jimmy Moore Won A Trip From LIVE With Regis & Kelly livinlowc... - 6,961 views - 1 year ago
On September 11, 2001, I received a call from the producers of the daytime talk show "LIVE with Regis & Kelly" to play their "Travel Trivia" game. As I was on hold getting ready to play, the planes crashed into the World Trade Center and they didn't have a show that day. When the show returned to the air a couple of weeks later, I was able to be a contestant and win a rather peculiar trip that was too hilarious not to share with you. ENJOY!

THANKS so much for watching, Bonnie! It's nice to have a farmer's market to get quality food rather than the junk they serve in grocery stores.
Bonnie90505 (3 days ago)
I love going to the farmers market, I need to eat organic fruits and veggies, but the grocery stores jack the price up way too much some time, not fair!! It sure does make a difference in the taste, especially tomatoes. keep posting, I love what you have to say, humor me :) Bonnie

Haven't heard anything about that, Tony! THANKS for the info.
ShrinkingTonyG (1 week ago)
hey jimmy, did you know a few people mentioned you on the fittv website in baline's forums? and supposedly he injured himself in a fishing boat accident and gained most of the weight back. And as soon as he gets back on his feet and active again he's supposed to pitch a new show to another network on the glycemic index diet. I've never heard of that before. I don't know if it's all true but thats what i saw on the forums.
livinlowcarbman (2 weeks ago)
I've looked for him, Tony, to have on my podcast show. Can't find him anywhere. I haven't made his stuff, but a lot of my readers LOVE his recipes.
ShrinkingTonyG (2 weeks ago)
oh i know it repeats :( I wish they would bring him back on. I wonder what he looks like now and if he stuck to it! He's great I agree. It takes alot of guts to do that on tv. :) Ever make anything that he cooked on there?
