VIRGINIA AND TRUCKEE RAILROAD HISTORY

This short clip is from my one-hour Living Steam HD train video which is soon available at livingsteam.com. It's the first half of the opening, showing some historical documents and with narration explaining railroad history from the Comstock Lode and the Virginia and Truckee Railway.

Also at livingsteam.com will be historical articles. Right now I'm working on one debunking some myths about whether the Comstock Lode at Virginia City actually financed the Civil War, which I don't believe it did. Stay tuned as I write and upload docs there. (less info)
