Little Green Men in a Nutshell

The Chilli Man has been growing chillies for over a decade. Chilli Rich couldn't find the chillies he wanted to cook with so he grew some from seeds he found, and never looked back.

Little Green Men Chillies became the country's biggest commercial hydroponic chilli grower, and has expanded into a nursery, and travelling roadshow which incorporates a lot of what you will see here on YouTube.

Recently he's been experimenting adding chillies to a whole range of foods, some with local specialist producers, and has created a range including beer, chocolate, jam and cheese!

"I'm always on the lookout for new ideas and new ways of being creative with my chillies. I now grow many different varieties -- and things are certainly hotting up with appearances on TV and Radio, in newspapers and magazines, public speaking and demonstrations at events."
