Entry Rules
1.This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 12 years or over.
2.To enter this promotion, you must design a Tinchy or Chipmunk Sackboy, and email your entry to littlebigplanet@scee.net. Designs can be hand drawn and scanned, or photographed, or drawn with the aid of a computer. All entries must be original and the entrants own work. Entries must not be copied, and must not infringe any intellectual property rights or moral rights of any third party. Any entries which are found not to be original will be disqualified.
3.This promotion opens for entries on 28th October 2009 at 12.01pm and closes for entries on 10th November at 11.59pm.
4.The winner will be the entrant whose design is considered by the judges - Tinchy and Chipmunk - to be the most original (the Winner). Prizes will also be awarded to the next 2 entries judged to be highly original (the Second and Third Prize Winners), and the next 100 entries drawn at random will also receive a prize (the Runners Up). The decision of the judges is final.
5.All competition winners will be selected within 14 days of the closing date specified above.
6. The Winners prize is for their Sackboy design to be created by developers and the design rendered out, then signed by Tinchy Stryder and Chipmunk. The winner will also receive a signed turquoise PSP bundle with a LittleBigPlanet game. The prize for Second and Third Prize Winners is a turquoise PSP bundle with a LittleBigPlanet game each (a UMD disk or voucher will be provided at the Promoters discretion). All the Runners Up will receive a Sackboy keyring.
7.If any of the prizes sent to the Second and Third Prize Winners or the Runners Up are found to be defective or damaged on delivery, the Promoter must be notified in writing within 7 days of the delivery date, otherwise the prize will be deemed to be accepted as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights (if any).
8.All competition winners will be notified by e-mail within 21 days of the closing date and must claim their prize within 2 weeks of the notification. Prizes shall be dispatched by first class post. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch the prizes within 2 weeks of notification but does not accept any responsibility for prizes that are dispatched later than this.
9.The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish the names of the competition winners and their country of residence on the Promoters website(s). The competition winners details (name and country) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped SAE marked Claire Backhouse to the following address: LittleBigPlanet Promotion, SCE UK, 13 Great Marlborough Street, London, W1F 7HP within 10 weeks of the closing date specified above.
