The simple and direct message of Life Without A Centre is this: there is only ever Oneness. And in Oneness, the dream of separation arises, the idea that you are a "person in the world", with a heavy past and future, separate from everyone and everything else. And in this dream there can be great suffering, because to a separate person, life will never seems complete, and a longing for Home will pervade all action.

And Life Without A Centre, well, it's about waking up from that dream. And it's an "awakening" that's simpler and gentler than you could ever imagine. This radical message lovingly allows all spiritual paths to have their place, whilst at the same time making them completely obsolete. And this may feel very threatening to a mind hooked on ideas of paths, processes and perfection. But in the presence of this revolutionary clarity, the endless seeking of the mind cannot last.

Good but not so original to me I feel Tony Parsons too much when I listen to you. Its like When I listen U.G I feel U.G, when I listen to J.Krishnamurti I feel J.Krishnamurti. When I listen to Eckhart I feel Eckhart and so on but when I listen to Jeff I feel Tony Parsons...? whats up with that? where is the real Jeff??? I can do any of the above but to be pure and original that is real magic expressing itself.

The heart-mind that lives in duality can never be content, alas, even a
python dreams sometimes of swallowing an elephant !

"There is no path to Nowness.... Nowness is the path"

In non-dual awareness, or the stateless state,
all things manifest and unmanifest, arising, ceasing, as one. Yet
in That One, there is many. Wise is he who knows when this
recognition is lost thru distractions and delusions, and return again
to the state of simply being. In absolute truth, there really isnt any
thing to 'do' or any secrets to master, on the contrary, the emphasis
would be more of un-learning and un-doing !

At the core of all the Teachings one will find these two simple words:
wake up. Existence is complicated enough as it is, why compound
it with this path and that truth? Just wake up.

Thank you, Jeff, for contributing to this global awakening.

Hey Jeff and all,

I came across these YouTube clips recently, and they have stayed with me for days. I see you're coming to North America this summer, and I'll keep checking your website to see if you'll be speaking near Vancouver, BC during your journey.

Again, much gratitude for the clips!

straight shooting friendly no nonsense precise great guy from my limited correspondence with him. Jeff is expressing nonduality in the clearest form i have yet to come across its such a simple thing yet it is so tricky to introduce without the mind creating analogies and concepts but he does an exellent job keep up the good works jeff
