I started off the summer of 2008 at 187 pounds and ended it at 179. Which was when I started weight watchers. I lost a total of 28.4 pounds in 2008 (20 on ww) and I'm proud and will keep going till I reach my goal! This channel is of course made to give me that extra push to get there.
