Elline Surianello is the owner and founder of LeMetric Hair Center in New York City (www.LeMetric.com)

She has dedicated this YouTube channel to the millions of women out there suffering from hair loss, alopecia, and lack of self confidence.
About Me:

I have been affected by androgenetic alopecia since the age of 9 and after decades of frustration, I have devoted my life to empowering other women to find lifestyle solutions to overcome the issue of hair thinning or hair loss.
I am trying to spread the message that this issue does not need to be paralyzing. I meet thousands of women every year who are paralyzed in all aspects of life because of their hair loss trauma.
Ladies, hair loss does NOT kill you.
You can still be BEAUTIFUL and move on with your life!
I know it doesn't always feel that way, but it's true, and I'm the living proof.
I LOVE hearing your feedback, so please use this as a forum to discuss what you're going through.
Let's bring women's hair loss out of the closet!

I am so happy that I have someone look up to. I am 28 and I always imagine what kind of person I will be like when I get older and my hair condition worsens. I fear that I will be a weak with no confidence or self worth. You have given me hope that one day I could be a strong, beautiful woman like you. Thank you Elline.

Hello Elline!

Very nice to meet you! I love connecting with other people who share my *unique* experience of being a bald woman! You have a great attidude!

I do my best to pay very careful attention to the words that I use and one thing I have never considered myself is to be "suffering" from Alopecia. It certainly wasn't always this way...but I truly see this experience as my life's biggest blessing! It has taught me so many lessons and made me who I am today...which I would never trade for a head of hair ;-)

I look forwrad to getting to know you better and maybe even visiting your shop the next time I am in Toronto!

have a bright and blessed lifetime!
Keep Shining!
