In the movie donnie goes back in time to die because the concept of the movie is if one human soul cheats death it throws the universe off balance. therefor creates the tangent universe. donnie has to fill the hole he left by cheating death which frank caused.

	filmvisuality (1 month ago) just checked out Dampercast - really good stuff. I was wondering since you guys claim you are the podcast for Generation Y, whether you have looked at films that define a generation. Like recently I watched Slacker, a Generation X-defining film and haven't been able to get it out of my head since. I'm wondering what you think of that film, if you've seen it. Also, you're immense enthusiasm for 8 1/2 shall prompt me to rewatch it - on first viewing I enjoyed it but not to a huge extent.
