But all I know, is that Gene was Shibuya's twin brother, who died in the past: Gene always triy to help Shibuya's team as much as he can, like appearing in Mai's dreams... I heard that when the twin brothers were younger, Shibuya wasn't as cold as he is now, but from when Gene died, Shibuya turned cold to everyone... I'm not sure what really happened, though... Sorry...

It's Gene, Naru's dead twin brother.
He is the one in Mai's dreams
who always smiles and helps her.
