Connections is a weekly show on LCCTV/LCC Radio that explores the links between Lansing Community College and the Mid-Michigan Region. Named, "LCC's Good News Show", Connections airs weekends on WLNS Channel 6 (CBS), My18 in Lansing & LCCTV Comcast 15/31. In 2012, Connections was named "Best TV Show" by the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations and won a prestigious Paragon Award. The awards recognize outstanding achievement in communications at community and technical colleges. It's the only national competition of its kind that exclusively honors excellence among marketing and PR professionals at two-year colleges.
The LCC TV Lansing Lowdown is produced weekly and features hot happenings going on in the Lansing area. The Lowdown can also be seen on WLNS during the Thursday 5PM newscast and on Friday morning during the a.m. newscast. Nicole Sclafani travels to cool spots all around town to film the series, introducing viewers to hidden gems in our community.
