The KurzFilmAgentur Hamburg was founded as an association in 1992 with the aim of improving and developing the distribution structures for short films. The KFA has been operating a short film distribution service for cinemas in german speaking countries since 1994. With ShortFilmSales the renowned agency has professionalized its worldwide distribution activities and can draw on its ever- expanding stock of international films.

The KurzFilmAgentur's new online shop now for the first time offers film fans the opportunity to add selected short films to their collection via download. In spite of the large number of international DVD compilations offered in our mail order shop there are still successful short films that have not been released on a DVD compilation. This gap will now be closed by the Short Film Agency's DVD Download Shop.
