9 Lion Dance Troops competed and it was amazing!

This demo was done by Cassidy Huie and Eric Fong, but was only learned in 5 days! The floor was a bit slippery and we had a mishap or two, LOL, but all in all it was a terrific job by both men!

Hello. I've been training Bagua for a little while now and I've been looking for a good way to improve my arm and finger strength to make those finger strikes from my forms useful. Thanks to you and your videos I now know how to train these techniques and hopefully one day be able to use them effectively. Thanks again! Keep up the good work!

Awesome to see someone else who trains in Lama Pai. I trained with the late Master Chan Tai San when he use to come to our school to teach the bi see students on Saturdays :) I miss him yelling at me or saying YYEEAAHHH! when I get it right. Great videos as well, keep it up. Do you speak with sifu Gus or sifu Ross? (I'm not one of their students btw)
