I have had some excitement in my life such as having been on HGTV, acted in major motion pictures with stars like Bruce Willis, James Woods and Sarah Jessica Parker, and I have spoken all over the world in multiple languages for a variety of companies.

Currently, I am a successful real estate investor having turned $6M in real estate in 2 years, presently holding nearly $4M with several million on the books. All in 2 years!

Additionally, I also own Simple Appeal, Inc. The Premier Real Estate Staging Company for investment properties, multi-units and commercial properties. I have written books on the topic, produced DVD's and CD's. I travel around the country speaking to investors and entrepreneurs on the benefits of marketing and staging their investment properties in order to sell them at full price in ½ the time.
