i used the program Audacity and in the effect column, u can move the pitch up or down. U can download audacity free.

direction for moving pitches:
go Effect and Change Pitch and just move up or down few semitones. E.g. 3, -2, etc

Mind telling me how to change pitches? It would be EXTREMELY helpful. Thanks ^^
