With the next European Election taking place on 4th June this year, I've been asked to find out why the majority of young people in the U.K have previously not turned out to vote and whether this year will be any different.
On the 2nd of February, I begin a quest to find out the answers to those questions.
For the 18 weeks that follow I will attempt to get to grips with what it means to be a European citizen, finding out the ins and outs of the European Union and who, what, why you and I (Excuse the rhyme) should be voting!
