Yeah, i whould like you to tell me with my dolia chagi because my right one is perfect but with my left kick i can't twist my hips enough to mkae a good kick, any thoughts oabout this? My teacher said it could just be that my hips aren't big enough (im not asian so my body is built a diffrent way) Bas Boonstra (The Netherlands)

thanks awfully for da ITF uploads.pretty useful for self-access training.
been out of practice 4 long (no instructor to consult here!),so its kinda hard to remember all those patterns.

btw, wut can you suggest the necessary warm-up series before starting to perform these patterns??Streching is one of many dat im concerned with,becoz improper movements would caused accidental,painful injuries.

Patterns vids are useful...they r the best I have found on Youtube...some ppl are REALLY bad...they guy in them is pretty gd!
