Well the expainsion seems to be, based on everything I have read and heard, a 80-90 or possably 75-90 expainsion. It is almost a sure thing that NO new race will be added as part of the expainsion. HOWEVER, in the same Live Update that brings the new expainsion they are also adding a new player city, NEW Halas, and an new starting area I don't recall the name, it is Possable that they MIGHT add a race in with the new city, but nothing has been anounced, and I personally doupt it because I seem to recall a Dev saying something to that effect.
