Kari Tauring is a ceremonial and performance artist, musician, author and volva - staff carrier of her Nordic root traditions. Her books include

"The Runes: A Human Journey" edited by David de Young (2007) now available for iPad (including chants of the runes) and the "Volva Stav Manual" (2010).

She has two cds of Nordic Roots music, several original folk/rock cds, and cd of Yuletide Celebration music for the season. She was a favorite contestant on Season One of Norway's reality show "Alt for Norge."
