Nice training vids,
the drills you have look similar to what i teach and tell my students.
But i still discovered some little differences which i am surely gonna try with my fighters.

balance, co-ordination and strenght have improved so much from this but let me tell you it made me realise just how important as a martial artist it is to develope core strenght. so thanks its so encouraging when you see the results
