Kane Diep is a short film, commerical, music video, and documentary director. Kane is currently directing a documentary called Uploaded: The Asian American Movement about how Asian Americans are utilizing new media to increase visibility and break stereotypes.
Kane has directed two films officially selected by the San Diego Asian Film Festival, Slurp (2010) and Le Retour (2011). Kane's film Lonely (2011) was selected to be played in PBS's Shorts Showcase program as well as for the UCSD's Up & Coming Film Festival.
