My vlog in a nutshell. Recently diagnosed with underactive thyroid and trying to get a hold of treatment and the changes that come with it. I love food, love to cook and love to eat.. I would also love to be healthy and slim. Honestly I think I can obtain all those goals without having to give up one. My vlog is my personal weight loss journey mixed in with a lot of greens, natural foods and recipes that I love to share. Bon Appetit
