Hey loving the videos jsut want to ask about jumpers knee how many times a day do you do the excersizes and the amount of reps. I'm wondering if there is an average time for jumpers knee to heal and if i should stop playing basketball, i have some important games coming up and i apreciated your advice.

Any update on your own training? A new dunk mix soon?

Chris is 5'5" and training under you. His vertical is 30+ inches and he can grab the the rim. Since shorter people need a higher vertical to dunk than taller ones, is it true that it is more difficult for shorter people to train to a vertcal high enough to dunk since they need more vertical height to dunk?

Although shorter people are lighter, their weight to height ratio is a disadvantage compared to taller people to train a dunk out of them. Is this true?

Please reply. Thank you. =)
