Here is a clip to music of this well loved series from the 60's/70's.In the "Ultimate clip" we see just how dreamy this programme was.It introduced Helga Anders as Julia the horse friendly 16 year old.In clip 3 she's off to see Dr Kozina the vet,in real life she was an excellent rider, music to this clip by Andera Ross.The title music by Jacky was specially recorded at De lane Leigh studios in 1968.The stereo version has been released but it's the pitched up Mono Dub that was used for the intro.Check out Andrea Ross and her brilliant updated version of the theme tune.
It's out on a 3 track EP. Points of interest it was Louie Elman who directed the UK version of this series .The new version of White Horses will use English sub-titles and include the original UK theme tune as sung by Jacky aka Jackie lee.
