People working on Bertelsmann Arvato's Microsoft Product Activation over the phone-campaigns, are being controled with the use of negative reinforcement, like if they were dogs.

I've been having some problems with answering comments, so I'll write my answer to the first comment, for this video, here:

I gave the originals of these files, to the Norwegian Embassy in London, in 2006, when the Merseyside Police, didn't contact me back, when I contacted them about the problems at Arvato. (less info)
