Hi Joel, I've just hit my 1st year of full-time blogging. I have around 500 visitors a day to my website and I have recently been accepted as a YouTube partner. Facebook and Twitter are building close to 1,000 people on each site.

Not sure what product to launch or how... I have a great team here with me in Cardiff UK, we are all creative and each of us has a skill: Flash CS4, PhotoShop, Drawing, Character Design, Mac Music Producing.

Just really converting all this time and effort into money now,
