I this video, Dr. Elephas Maximus, D.O. demonstrates the Spring Test for diagnosis of Sacroiliac somatic dysfunction. Keep in mind that while his hands may be big, he still looks for tissue texture changes, asymmetry, range of motion restriction, and tenderness.
