El entrenador del Barça tenía en mente motivar de forma extra a sus jugadores, pocos minutos antes de que diera comienzo el partido de la temporada y recurrió a un periodista de TV3 para ello.
Santi Padró, del Departament dEsports de TVC, accedió a su petición y creó un vídeo titulado Els gladiadors del Pep, en el que aparecen todos los jugadores y los mejores momentos de la temporada entremezclados con algunas secuencias de la oscarizada película Gladiator, que protagonizó Russell Crowe.

Because of a common rhythm element between the tunes, I decided I could mish/mash the two. My great friend Steven Sharp Nelson (cello percussion) really makes this tune. This piece is a powerful reading, the words scrolling up as they are audibly read. The reading starts from the perspective of a person who is clearly a non-believer full of doubt telling of his "reality" of Christmas. It seems to come to an end there. But then Jesus turns it all upside down.
