BACK TAKE
1: Arm under opponent's arm [0:00]
- put in knee wedge to create space - shoot arm up & throw opponent at an angle
2: Control ankle with both hands [:15]
- body is almost perpendicular to opponent
- grab with near hand first, then reach around
- let go of inside and post
- Old School but post with inside arm & drive shoulder at angle
3: Butterfly Guard Sweep [:26]
- try to take back but opponents responds w/ pressure then execute this move
- grab belt, 1/2 butterfly - shoot hooking foot forward and then tuck in, sitting up
4: Variation of position 3 sweep opponent posts leg [:42]
- opponent puts pressure preventing and stands for more power - get hips under opponent & grab posted leg and go back

VS. STAND UP
5: Arm between legs and sweep [:50]
- opponent stands, sit up immediately with him
- control belt & feed far hand to near, passing through legs
- control far leg above knee with hand to prevent him flatening you out
- fall to side & cotnrol BEHIND knee now, rolling over
6: Variation of position 5 single leg [1:08]
- lose grip from previous
- grab belt between legs, post & stand to single

KNEE-SLIDE COUNTERS
7: Collar around the back and walk around [1:13]
- counter to knee slide pass
8: Variation of position 7 sweep [1:21]
- if opponent controls inside arm, regrip him
- still with collar around back - up & over w/ far arm control

BACK TAKE (OPPONENT LEG POST)

- hook leg & bring hips under, leg on shoulder
- control both arms (pistol grip) - escape hip back a bit & sweep towards own legs

OPPONENT UNDERHOOKS
1: Bringing opponent back to guard [5:06]
- opponent underhooks, overhook and control his belt or collar (feed) - control pants or arm (answer the phone) with other grip
- hip out, insert butterfly hook - elevate up and goto full guard
2: Sweep Right/Left [5:18]
- opponent hold tight with head & arm
- previous grip but sweep now


CROSS BODY HALF-GUARD
3: Arm over the head (getting the back) [5:35]
- basically double unders with your head to opposite side OF 1/2 - same steps as Pos 1 then follow to the back

BACK TAKE (OPPONENT LEG POST)
4: Take the back - Opponent Posts Leg [5:42] - pass head under leg - (Eddie Bravo's Electric Chair/Stoner Control)

KNEE-SLIDE COUNTERS
6: Pushing backside with knee & pulling with belt grip (OVERHOOK) [6:13]
- knee slide pass counter
- create space, opponent posts
- get to knees then take back or takedown to side control

- similar to a craddle takedown
8: Give collar or belt pull between legs (UNDERHOOK) [6:31]
- knee slide pass counter, feed gi/belt through legs - post and push with shoulder - putting knees to ground, take the back

- opponent has underhook - get knee wedge in, control far lapel pistol - bottom hand control knee - push/pull
10: Variation of position 9 (sweep to the other side) [6:56] - opponent pushes forward to counter previous - roll back, kick legs over shoulder at angle (less info)
