Just stopping by guys to say hi!

i've been training hard with Jim and doing my best! Last week I got a chance to spar in the ring with a seasoned boxer and boy I must say it went well. I used the lead punch and controlled the tempo while maintaining the fighting measure. All I know is his nose was bleeding and that I got out of the ring feeling good. Man sparring is fun!

I have been getting alot of positive feed back on my vids but I want to say thank you to my sifu Tim Tackett because without his teachings and insite along with my past intructors I wouldn't have gotten to the point I am at now . We should all tip our hats to Tackett and the rest of the old school JKDer's ...I cant thank you enough for the time and passion you have put into your teachings
