I am uploading some examples of the Tai Chi exercise's I teach at the Antelope Valley Senior Center. These are a combination of Tai Chi movements and Qigong movements based on Dr Jahnke's book "The Healer Within". I DO notice that I am doing the movemnts to fast. If you are following these short video's try to deepen and slow your breath as much as possible with each movement.
