yeah just as i thought, they probably would pay much attention.
Im currently a high school senior just about to graduate actually (about thirty days of school left) and then Im going to a small community college close to where i live to study basics for at least a year. I'll still be studying japanese that whole time, hopefully ill be able to learn a good amount of it. idealy i would like to go into cinematography, but in japan of course.
but ill probably be looking to visit japan for the first time after this next year of school by way of people to people or some other orginization like that.

by what means were you planning to make the move there? just by sheer money im guessing?

thats true I guess they do kind of drop you at random where they want but its a great. and by bad what do you mean. i wouldnt want to teach anything above elemetary kids for jet because i know how american substitute teacher are treated here in america in our high schools, with little to no respect. im guessing being a foriegn teacher there in a high school would be horrible.
and i thought i had read something on their website saying you needed a teacher certification but i guess not.

ahh i see, sounds like youre being set up nicely to do JET? ( japanese exchange teaching program) Thats one of the means by which I was considering to go there but I wasnt sure how long schooling would take to reach the teacher certification status it required.

what made you decided to quit? just not enough time?
