This is Neoplan #6516 with a Cummins L10G and Allison B400R. This is parts of a ride on Line 20 along Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA filmed by my friend who was riding with me.

You'll notice in this video the belt squealing on the bus whenever the engine fan engages and the bus accelerates. Almost all of these Neoplans operated by LACMTA have this belt squealing problem.
