Whats good?

Dear MR.

It is with full respect that I viewed your presentation. Anyhow, here in Europe such an arrogance is and will not be accepted. You definitively have a good product and service to offer to your clients, but dropping down one of your biggest competitors is not appreciated, not appropriate, not accepted, arrogant and dishonest.

Why putting down a competitor ? Why not agree that they have also good products? Why not accept them? Let the customer take their choice (...)
